On July 5, 2025, the "Maldivian Ministerial Officials Seminar" delegation, hosted by the Ministry of Commerce and organized by the Academy of International Business Officials of the Ministry of Commerce, visited Zhejiang Risesun Science and Technology Co.,Ltd. for inspection and exchange. Chen Zhinan, Deputy District Mayor of Longwan District, Wenzhou; Zhang Yi, Party Secretary of the Bureau of Commerce of Longwan District, Wenzhou; and Zhou Sen, Deputy Director of the District Government Office of Longwan District, Wenzhou, accompanied the inspection.
The visiting Maldivian delegation consists of senior officials from the Maldives' Ministry of Social and Family Affairs, Ministry of Sports, President's Office, Ministry of National Defense, Ministry of Fisheries, Ministry of Local Governance, Ministry of Culture, Ministry of Higher Education, Polytechnic Institute, and Ministry of Islamic Affairs.
On the same day, Li Zewei, Chairman of Risesun Technology, warmly received the delegation and introduced the company's development philosophy and core products at the symposium. The Maldivian officials first walked into the smart meter production workshop. The automated assembly line operated precisely, and the entire process of smart meters from component assembly to performance testing was completed efficiently. The strict quality control system and cutting-edge production technology intuitively demonstrated the company's strong manufacturing capabilities.
In the metering supporting equipment area, Risesun Technology presented independently developed intelligent collection terminal products to the delegation. Through on-site demonstrations, the officials gained an in-depth understanding that Risesun Technology's metering supporting equipment, with high stability and anti-interference ability, can effectively ensure the accuracy of power data collection, providing solid support for scientific scheduling and energy consumption analysis of the power system.
Subsequently, the Maldivian officials visited Risesun Technology's new energy charging pile production workshop. Risesun Technology's new energy charging pile sector covers various types of charging piles such as DC fast charging and AC slow charging, adapting to different scenario needs.
During the inspection, the officials experienced the intelligent interaction function of the charging piles on site. They could realize operations such as code scanning for charging and fee settlement through a mobile APP. The efficient charging performance and user-friendly design were highly praised. This not only demonstrated Risesun Technology's innovative achievements in the new energy field but also provided new ideas for future cooperation between China and the Maldives in the green energy field.
The successful conclusion of this inspection visit is not only a vivid practice of China-Maldives economic and trade cooperation but also marks a new height in bilateral cooperation.
